Breakfast teide
It starts from El Roque and we go down to San Miguel Bajo. To carry out 20 minutes off road with a view of La Tejita, then we go up the fronton passing by a secondary road with little car traffic, continuing through Vilaflor and then we stop at La Lajas Park. where we are going to have breakfast with fruit croissants, coffee and juices. then we go up Teide and stop at the boca tuche viewpoint where we take a photo with a view of Teide and a short walk on the national park path. at the end we fly at the office going down vilaflor and the steps duration around 3.5 h

Brunch teide

At the end we fly in the office going down by vilaflor and the steps duration around 3.5 h

SUNSET TEIDE
From El Roque we went up through the pediment passing through a partially paved internal secondary road with little car traffic and we entered the road to Cho Pancho, a road surrounded by pine trees and very characteristic. in las laja park where we are going to eat pizza and arancini, fruits and drink typical italian food then we go up the Teide and stop at the boca tuche viewpoint where we take a picture with a view of the Teide and a short walk on the trail of the national park at the end We go down and stop at the viewpoint to look and take a photo and video of the sunset, a unique experience and then we return to the office going down Vilaflor and La Escalona. Duration 3.5 h
